Endless summer days are meant for getting out on the water, losing time in the surf & sand, and embracing being alive. I’m always looking for new places on the map to hike, bike, and sail to and this summer has not disappointed.

Yet somehow I consistently end up needing to be reminded by mother nature that there is a great big world out there to see and that I have to get out from behind a screen to properly experience it. As otherwise days turn into months, months into years, and the magic of the seasons and the breath of vitality can pass you by.

There is a lot we can learn from the natural world. Search out its secrets and there is no end to what you can discover.

Time to make a big shift.
